Technical Trends of Stainless Steel Sintered Felt in High-Temperature Filtration

As chemical and metallurgy industries demand higher temperature gas filtration, stainless steel sintered felt becomes mainstream with 600℃ resistance.

Stainless steel sintered felt is made of micron-level 316L fiber via non-woven laying and high-temperature sintering, forming a 3D porous structure.

In high-temperature filtration, the felt withstands continuous operation below 600℃ and can be regenerated multiple times via chemical or ultrasonic cleaning.
